Ingredients
Amounts of the first layer
3 cups blueberries
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (to thicken)
2 tablespoons sweetener Naya Monk Fruit Classic (can use Naya Stevia)
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Amounts of the second layer
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons sweetened Naya Monk Fruit Classic or Naya Stevia
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions
1 - Medium bowl Put the berries, xanthan gum, sweetener and lemon juice and mix well until the berries are coated with the mixture
2- Place the berry mixture in the oven tray (or spread it on small plates)
3- Melt the butter in the microwave in a medium-sized cup or coffee pot. Add almond flour, sweetener, and lemon zest until crumbly paste is formed
4- Using your hands, crumble the dough over the blueberries into pea-sized lumps (or larger)
Bake in a 375°F/190°C oven for 22 minutes (for a large frying pan) or 16-18 minutes for small plates – or until the crust is golden and the blueberries boil. Feet warm or cold.

You can add ice cream but make sure it is sugar-free
