Sugar free vegan waffle with baked apple with cinnamon!

There is nothing sweeter and tastier than apples baked with cinnamon and with waffles, and if you have sugar-free ice cream, the taste will also be amazing

Believe me, if you are a waffle lover, you will like this recipe, because it is vegetarian and free of added sugars. You can make this recipe in an easy way. All you need are simple ingredients to enjoy. You can add sugar-free syrup if u like.

Waffles ingredients:

- 2 cups flour

- 2 tbsp Naya Monkfruit sweetener Classic

- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 1 ¾ cup plant-based milk (we prefer oat)

- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Apple Cinnamon ingredients:

- 2 large apples (we prefer red), peeled, cored & sliced

- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

- 2 tbsp Naya Monkfruit Golden Sweetener

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp flour

Waffles method:

1- In a large mixing bowl, add in your flour, sweetener & baking powder and mix.

2- Next, add your melted coconut oil, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until no lumps remain.

3- Add about 3/4 cup at a time to your heated waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

Apple cinnamon method:

1- Preheat oven to 180°C OR 350°F

2- In an oven-proof bowl add your sliced apple, coconut oil, monk fruit golden sweetener sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla extract & flour.

3- Mix well and place in the oven for 15 minutes, stir well and place in the oven again for another 15 minutes.

4- Remove and enjoy on your waffles warm!
