Sugar-free strawberry jam

Most of us need these types of jam to be available with us in the refrigerator, we use them at breakfast time without being afraid of sugars and additives, we give them to our children and we are comfortable, all you need to settle this jam is only two ingredients, the wonderful stevia Naya ๐ŸŒฟ + strawberries ๐Ÿ“ in simple steps will settle high-quality ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป jam.

The recipe is suitable for keto-diet/le carp, diabetic, vegetarian ๐Ÿ’ฏ.

Ingredients:

- 500 g fresh strawberries

- 1/2 cup Naya Stevia Erythritol Sweetener

-water

How to prepare:

1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the strawberries and water (enough water to cover the strawberries)

2. Add the stevia naya and mix well

3. Bring the mixture to a slow boil, stirring continuously until the fish is reduced in the mixture

4. Using a fork mash strawberries (something that comes back to you if you want the texture to be smooth or what contains strawberry pieces)

5. Pour the jam into a heat-resistant jar, leave at room temperature for 40 minutes

6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Note: Refrigerate for a week after first use.
