Sugar-free syrup

Sugar-free syrup

This recipe took us time and we tried to leave it as much as we can It is similar to the regular Shira in terms of taste and texture and in order to enjoy healthy Shira without its calories and without its effect on blood sugar, you can use it in Arabic sweets such as Kunafa baklava etc., or in any way you like, you can use flavorings when making a syrup such as cardamom or saffron

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Naya Stevia Sweetener

3/4 cup water

1/8 tsp xanthan gum

Cardamom and saffron "optional as desired"

Directions:

- Put the water and the sweetener on medium heat and stir until the local dissolves completely, add the flavorings if you like to use them, and leave it until it boils, lower the fire and leave it for 5 minutes.

- Remove the syrup from the heat and add the glue and stir until it mixes and melts "It may take you time to dissolve or remain in it small pieces" Sift the syrup to get rid of the glue pieces to what has melted and preferably then mix it with a hand mixer so that the consistency is homogeneous and the distribution of the glue is even.

- We can keep the syrup for 10 days
