Vegan cookie dough recipe 🍪 (edible without oven), suitable for vegetarian and keto-diet / le carp.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegetable butter or coconut oil.
- 1/2 cup Naya Monk Fruit Golden Sweeten.
- 1/2 cup Naya Stevia Erythritol Sweetener.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable milk.
- 2 tsp vanilla extract.
- 11/2 cups almond flour.
- 11/4 cups sugar-free cocoa beans (you can use vegetarian cocoa if you prefer).
Cooking:
1- In a large bowl, mix the butter or oil and the monk fruit sweetener with stevia using an electric mixer, mix until the mixture becomes light and thin.
2- Add vegetable milk with vanilla extract and mix.
3- Almond flour vinegar over the mixture and mix it using your hand or spoon until it mixes well.
4- Add the cocoa beans and mix for the last time.
5- The most important step, enjoy the wonderful snack or you can break it up and add it to any type of vegan ice cream of your choice.
