Flaxseed bread

This bread is an alternative to white bread, which is low in carbohydrates and without any enhancers or additives, with 4 ingredients, but you will have a wonderful bread that you will enjoy if you are on a keto diet / le carp or diabetic or even any diet you are walking on.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup flaxseed.

- 1/2 cup water.

- 1 teaspoon Naya Stevia sweetener (you can get it on site in bio).

- 1/4 tablespoon sea salt.

Cooking:

1- Using a food processor or blender, grind the flax seeds until they become very soft and contain large pieces.

2- Boil the water and add the sea salt and Naya Stevia sweetener, then remove the water from the heat and add the flax flour to the water and mix for 1-2 minutes until you have a ball of dough and the sides of the plate are clean.

3- Let the dough cool for 10 minutes, then divide the dough into small balls weighing 50 g and spread them between two layers of baking paper.

4- On low heat and using a pan against sticking, fry the bread a minute on each side.

* It is preferable to use an anti-stick cooking oil spray.

- Flavorings such as garlic powder or onions can be added.
