1- Components of the upper oat layer:
-1/4 cup oat flakes
-2 tablespoons Naya Monk Fruit Golden Sweetener (you get it on site in bio)
-2 tablespoons almond flour
-1/4 tsp darsin (cinnamon)
-2 tablespoons coconut oil
2- Ingredients for apple muffins:
-1/2 cup oat milk
-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
-1/4 cup apple puree
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup Naya Monk Fruit Classic Sweetener
-2 tablespoons local Naya Monk Fruit Golden
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 cup almond flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (darsin)
-1/2 cup apples, small pieces
Cooking:
1- In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, the golden monk fruit sweetener, flour and cinnamon to make the top layer of oats.
2- Add the coconut oil and mix with your hand until it reaches a crumbly and non-dry consistency.
3- Put the mixture aside.
Muffins method:
1- Large bowl Mix the oat milk with apple cider vinegar and wait until the milk turns into a heavy consistency, which can take two to three minutes.
2- Then add the olive oil, apple puree, Monk Fruit Classic, Monk Golden and vanilla sweetener, mix well until the mixture becomes smooth.
3- Then add the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder and cinnamon, mix gently, do not need to mix more.
4- Add the apple pieces and mix to the last time.
5- Turn the oven on to 180°C/350°F, spray the muffin tray with a little oil so that it does not stick.
6- Drain the mixture in the muffin tray, sprinkle slightly over the oat mixture that we made.
7- Bake for 20 to 24 minutes.
