Banana bread vegan and gluten-free

Ingredients:

- 13/4 cup gluten-free flour.

- 1/3 cup Naya Stevia sweetener (you get it on site).

- 11/2 teaspoons baking powder.

- 11/2 tbsp baking soda.

- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil.

- 1 tsp vanilla extract.

- 3 peeled bananas (meaning 11/2 cups).

- 1/4 cup sugar-free almond or oat milk.

Cooking:

1- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the loaf tray with oil.

2- In a large bowl, mash the bananas, add the coconut oil and vanilla and mix well.

3- Add flour, stevia, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.

4- Add almond or oat milk and mix well for the last time.

5- Put it in the oven for 55 minutes or until you can insert a knife into the loaf and it comes out clean.

6- The most important step, remove it from the oven and let it cool, and enjoy.
