Sugar free oatmeal recipe
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup oats.
-3/4 cup of plant-based milk of your choice, without sugar.
-One tablespoon peanut butter.
-1 teaspoon Naya Monk Fruit Classic Sweetener.
-1/2 cup of blueberries.
Method:
1. In a jar add the milk, peanut butter and Naya Classic Sweetener, mix well
2. Add the oats and mix well, when finished add the berries.
3. Close the jar and put it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, and a maximum of three days.
* If you want it to be creamy, add a tbsp of VEGAN yogurt
