Berry Crumble Bar Recipe Vegetarian
Caramble layer:
- 11/2 cup oats
- 11/2 cups gluten-free flour of your choice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup Naya Monk Fruit Golden Sweetener (Don't forget the 40% discount on our website until 1/4)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Berry layer:
- 21/2 cups fresh berries
- 1/3 cup Naya Monk Fruit Classic Sweetener
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Cooking:
1- Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C, prepare a tray size 8×8 and place parchment paper on it.
2- In a large bowl put the berries, classic monk fruit sweetener, lemon juice and xanthan gum mix well.
3- Another large bowl put the oats, flour, salt, baking powder and monk fruit golden and mix well.
4- Add coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix well (don't be afraid if the mixture is dry grill, your steps are correct).
5- Shell one cup of the caramel mixture that you have settled and leave it on, we will use it later!
6- With the remaining mixture of caramble, press it in the tray and then add the berry mixture and distribute evenly.
7- Finally, sprinkle the cup you placed on the side over the tray and the berry mixture and then enter the oven for 40 minutes.
8- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
9- Bar-shaped pieces of the size you like and enjoy.
